Can't praise them enough Debora I'm a first home buyer/builder and had no idea what I needed. They signed me up, organised finance company, Ashley found a perfect block and house design, he even made the kids rooms bigger without me asking! FHBD send me updates via email and phone and are always there if I have a query (and I've had a few!). They get that you may not understand the next process, and are happy to talk you through step by step. My house is now getting internal walls put up and I have to say the builders are fair cracking on! They don't mind me popping up to have a look and are keeping site nice and clean.
