Our Building Process - A Timeline

Once you’ve chosen from one of our fantastic designs, the first time you will see your house being built is when the slab goes down. But once it’s down, what happens next?

Well, once your slab is poured it generally takes about two weeks for it to properly cure and set. Once that is done your bricks get delivered, which we all know is when the magic starts happening.

Currently we’re turning a full single storey house around in about 22 weeks (with the industry standard being 24 weeks). This is all because of great availability and the excellent relationships we have built with our tradespeople that enable us to build your high-quality first home as quick as possible.
